The Grand Finale

So many of you may be wondering whatever finally happened with Ridge and that bombshell known as Brittany.  Well let me tell you--THEY GOT MARRIED ON JUNE 1ST.  Surprising right?! Who really thought Ridge was going to be able to close the deal with this blonde-haired beauty?  After all, we know how he  extravagantly started off their courtship with a first date to Ring Dance.  Once Brittany's awe over the baby blue Lincoln town car wore off, we all thought she would surely move on.  So how did Ridge do it?  Let me tell ya....PINTEREST.  Yup Ridge has crossed over into the pinterest scene, and perhaps no decision (with the exception of the Lincoln) has payed off more!  Check out this picture:

You see that nice dress Brittany is wearing?  Guess where it came from...Ridge!  He bought it for her after a thorough stalking of Brittany's pinterest where she had posted this dress.  Ridge discovered early on that Brittany posts things she wants on pinterest, and so he has been showering her with the precise gifts she wants over the last several months.  Turns out Mr. Alkonis really is Mr. Smooth.

And so they really did get married!  It was a beautiful ceremony in the Draper UT Temple, and the reception was a blast!!  One of the better moments of the night was watching Ridge try to shake his hips in a Tahitian dance; after which, we both got roped into doing a tribute to the Village People with an audition of YMCA.  I had a ton of fun and really am so happy for Ridge and Brittany!! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Alkonis!!!
