Welp, Stacy is getting hitched tomorrow. Its been a long journey but I'm proud of her. After playing an active part in the planning and preparation for all of the wedding festivities, I have eye-witnessed the rush, the costs, the stress, and all the other bizarreness that attends a marriage. I have come to the firm conclusion that I will elope.
The elopement plan will go somewhat as follows:
wedding--an LDS temple at an undisclosed location
photographs--disposable camera from wal-mart (24 awesome pics coming your way)
photographer--random person outside of temple willing to take all pictures on disposable camera
reception--my bride and I at the best eatery within reasonable distance (we'll just get up and dance anyways)
honeymoon--somewhere where no one will ever be able to find or contact me
Upon return from the honeymoon you can expect a homemade wedding announcement consisting of printer paper and one of the 24 pictures from the disposable camera.
Sounds like a great plan to me. I'm going through with it. Hmm.....
I hope the Amish are down for eloping.
